Overview

Renuity is seeking Human Resources Business Partner Director to serve as a strategic partner to executive leaders by developing, implementing, and executing a multitude of HR services, support, and consultation across a wide variety of HR areas, including career development, performance management, employee relations, leadership coaching, and organizational design. Our ideal candidate will have a background in a fast-paced strategic HR environment, performance management and change management experience, in addition to a track record of driving results and delivering significant impact to the business.  

What You’ll Do: 

  • Deliver high-quality HR programs and people strategies at the team and individual level. 
  • Advise on people-related strategies aligned with business goals and P&L. 
  • Collaborate with finance to align labor strategy with growth. 
  • Partner with executives to develop talking points and materials for people-related issues. 
  • Provide creative people solutions that support Renuity’s goals and culture. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering talent insights and support in driving talent strategy and workforce planning. 
  • Offer expertise in performance management, resource planning, employee relations, leadership coaching, compensation, and development. 
  • Shape company culture by solving organizational challenges and building trust across teams. 
  • Maintain and evolve HR policies through regular employee and team interactions. 
  • Guide managers on performance management, career development, and disciplinary actions. 
  • Consult with Centers of People Excellence on talent management, L&D, leadership, and HR operations. 
  • Lead and mentor junior HR Business Partners. 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 7+ years in HR/People Operations/Talent Management with demonstrated growth. 
  • 3+ years in an HR/People Business Partner role, directly supporting executives. 
  • Experience across diverse work environments or willingness to learn. 
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, talent development, employee relations, leadership, and L&D. 
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders as a trusted advisor. 
  • Skilled in coaching and leading challenging conversations. 
  • Strong business acumen and experience working across functions. 
  • Team player with a focus on action and process improvement. 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 
  • Analytical with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
