Overview

The Product Manager: Learning Technology will be responsible for shaping business strategies and driving impact of Renuity’s Learning Management System (LMS).

The Learning Product Manager will work closely with other members of the Learning Development and Employee Experience Team to provide change management in implementing a new LMS, curating learning content, and creating cutting edge learning experiences for our employee base. 

 

Part of that work will be centralizing compliance training and implementing learning automations across the organization. This will involve collaborating with business units and corporate functions to understand their specific needs and developing strategies to meet those needs effectively. They will also lean into learning technology projects as they arise, including but not limited to reporting, measurement, design, and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary expert for the Learning Management System (LMS) 
  • Set and drive the strategic roadmap for the implementation and usage of the LMS platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives with the employee experience team.
  • Oversee the complete project life cycle of our digital learning strategy, including managing scope, expenditure, risks and resources
  • Create and execute the global compliance training strategy

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of learning and development experience + degree or equivalent.
  • Extensive, proven experience managing and administering Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Extensive experience using learning development technology such as audio and video editing tools, authoring platforms
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory and cutting-edge learning trends
  • Experience with Docebo and Power BI is a plus

  • Stand-Up an LMS
  • Develop LMS roadmap for adoption and utilization
  • Create sensitivity and awareness rollout strategy
  • Create OSHA rollout strategy
  • Create data and reporting tools for learning experiences
