Overview

Renuity is seeking a collaborative and experienced Business Process Analyst to join our team. The Business Process Analyst, you will be tasked with reviewing business processes, documenting the processes, making recommendations for process improvements, and developing Standard Operating ProceduresTo ensure success in this role, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of process mapping and process engineering with proven examples of how you have helped improve a business within a relevant industry. What You'll Do: 

  • Evaluating existing business processes
  • Creating Process Manuals
  • Coordinating testing activity during implementation
  • Delivering training related to new process changes to support change management
  • Analyzing process improvement opportunities leveraging available data  
  • Determining and outlining business process improvements
  • Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders
  • Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and adjusting as needed
  • Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management
  • Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback
  • Revising and updating procedures and policies
  • Collaborating with IT developers, as well as the operations teams to enhance operational efficiencies and customer service
  • Identifying our field operations needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences and help the businesses improve their Fulfillment processes 

 

What You'll Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, project management or a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in business process management in a related industry
  • Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer requirements for operational processes
  • Lean Six Sigma/ Total Quality Management training or certification
  • Proficiency in business management or process mapping software
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills 
  • Advanced analytic and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Asana
  • Knowledge of LucidChart / Visio / Blueworks Live  
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and establishing professional rapport
  • Good problem-solving skills
