Overview

Renuity is seeking a collaborative and experienced Performance Improvement Analyst to join our team. The performance improvement analyst plays a critical role within the Strategic Operations team, focusing on analyzing business processes and performance metrics to uncover inefficiencies and recommend improvements. The analyst will create and maintain detailed reports and PowerPoints to support all projects and collaborate with various departments

What You'll Do: 

  • Assist the VP of Strategic Operations in prioritizing and executing all strategic projects
  • Support the operations team in data-driven decision making and performance optimization
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current operations to provide recommendations for improvement
  • Track KPI’s and develop mechanisms to monitor the impact of improvement
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to the operations team based on performance data and analysis
  • Identify and escalate any issues or risks related to performance improvement projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, map current processes, and develop optimized workflows
  • Monitor all strategic projects to ensure they achieve the desired outcomes
  • Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Lead Perfection (CRM), Excel, etc.)

 

What You'll Bring: 

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or a related role
  • Proficient in data analysis tools including excel, PowerBI, Tableau
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate findings effectively
  • Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
