Renuity Garages is hiring immediately for a Lead Concrete Coating Installer for our garage floor coating teams in Columbia, SC! 

We are seeking a Garage Floor Installer with Epoxy or Concrete finishing experience!

What You’ll Do:

• Assists in checking job order and ensure all required materials are loaded on the trailer to complete the installation.
• Prepping residential/commercial concrete surfaces with grinder. Mix and apply Polyurea/ Epoxy surface coatings in garages, patios, basements, etc. (the latest polyurea floor coating technology) and garage systems (leading organizational system including slatwalls, cabinets, hooks, etc.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve situations as they arise
• Lead crew(s) while on the job site
• Maintains high levels of quality assurance and quality control

What You'll Bring:

• Great Attitude
• Must be excited to learn and grow with us
• 2+ years experience with concrete finishing/coating
• Experience leading crews
• Must be customer service oriented
• Excellent communication skills
